Configure the Ethernet IP address of clients for telemetry.

Up to four (4) IP addresses may be added to the list. All telemetry enabled by SLACoordinateReportingMode_t will be sent to each receiver.

Also sent in response to SLAGetParameters_t().
NOTE: Telemetry output is not available in Demo Mode.

Bit Description
0 0 = Do not save this packet destination
1 = save packet destination when parameter file is saved and restore when loaded
1 0 = Do not apply camera ID (instead send actual camera index in telemetry packets)
1 = send cameraID in telemetry packets (1500 only)
2-7 Reserved
